About the company

In 1963, Welding Products Division of Nippon Avionics Co., Ltd. started manufacturing and selling resistance welding equipment with manufacturing technology acquired from Hughes Aircraft Company of the United States. Since the 1970s, Avio has been developing their own products and have been pursuing “joining” for half a century.

Today, they are a unique manufacturer in the world with resistance welders, pulse heat, ultrasonic, laser, high-frequency induction heater, and other methods.

We provide joining products that meet customers’ “joining” needs from electronic components including smartphones to automotive parts such as motor and lithium batteries from metals to resins.
